Xerox Software Support Engineer_Printing Systems in Istanbul, Turkey

PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • To support aftersales operations, to implement and deliver market leading workflows, solutions and services for Xerox Production systems., and to guide and coach our customers to ensure they realize the full benefits of Xerox products and services.

  • To provide comprehensive technical support, analysis, system integration, application development and technical advice to existing customers

  • Delivers support to service operations required to exceed volume, revenue and profit targets

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Desired: BS from an Engineering Faculty.

  • Three or more years successful proven track record gain within a customer focus aftersales environment

  • Experience of working in a technical support role, consulting with customers to develop relationships and common objectives.

  • Knowledge of, or specific experience in, relevant technologies ( Digital Printing technologies, Color Management , Variable Data Software , Production Workflow Management, Print production Environment )

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Turkish and English

  • B Class driving license

  • Completion of Military Service

  • No color blindness

  • Technical experience of developing and implementing Xerox production workflow solutions and shares that expertise with others in the team. Knowledge/experience of Xerox or a similar organization is an asset
