Responsible to process changes needed in HR systems to maintain data accuracy. Interface with HR professionals and internal managers.
Gain approval to process needed changes
Process required changes in HR systems
Maintain proper audit trail for the changes made
Audit data systems to ensure accuracy
Provide summary status reports as needed
Proficient in English
Ability to work independently and raise questions/issues as needed
Global experience preferred; direct involvement with HR professionals at different levels in the organization across geographies
Ability to learn new systems
Effective interpersonal skills
Experience in analyzing large volumes of sensitive data
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Human Resources, eSAPHR and Oracle Cloud experience preferred
Oracle HCM Fusion transaction experience preferred
