Lead the development and deployment of the Compensation &amp; Benefits strategy, policies, processes and operations across DMO. Jobholder is the HR Business partner for Global Mobility and compensation for Band A population. Role is a broad contributor to a small HR function with a purpose to support the VP of HR with critical HR Operations activities.
Jobholder leads DMO relationship with corporate C&amp;B, XE C&amp;B and Corp HR for all pay, benefit and global mobility processes including Share plans, benchmarking, HR IT projects, benefits, authorities register, sales compensation, salary planning, Band A salary planning, Incentives across all DMO countries.
Jobholder manages a virtual network of C&amp;B professionals in each region.

SCOPE OF ROLE
Role has one direct report. Role leads a virtual C&amp;B network of 8 heads, located in the field.
Role has shared accountability for the salary planning budget. Approx $20m for 2011. APIP pool of approx $10m, and sales compensation, variable pay, incentives spend of $20m .
Role has an influencing role with total spend on Global Mobility. Approx $25m p.a.
Role contributes to the overall payroll spend for DMO, approx $200m p.a, for approx 7,000 employees across 140 countries, with substantial direct operations in 23 countries, in 7 regions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Role is SME and owner for all international pay, benefits and international assignments for all DMO HR Directors, all VP’s, COO’s, the DMO President and 1stline.
Owner of all C&amp;B and Global Mobility projects for Band A’s, including processes for ELTIP, Salary Planning, VP assignments and Management Data
Develop and deploy C&amp;B strategy across DMO including developing and deploying all processes, policies, guidelines and systems for share plans, sales compensation, incentives, variable pay, salary planning, Megadeals, retention schemes, authorities register and benchmarking.
Owner of Employee Value Proposition deployment for reward across DMO, working with DMO regional GM’s, HR leaders and C&amp;B owners to develop and deploy EVP.
Owner of relationship between DMO and Corp C&amp;B function, including business transformation projects for HR Roadmap, Workscape, Pooling and Top Talent.
Owner of cross functional cost control strategy across DMO.

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Substantial experience of HR Operations and C&amp;B with demonstrated examples of leading cross function projects and managing senior level internal and external relationships is obligatory. Professional HR qualification and education to degree equivalent is mandatory.
Jobholder is required to be an expert with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in using eSAP (or equivalent) would be an advantage. Advanced analytical and numeracy skills are mandatory.
Desirable is multi-country HR, C&amp;B and Global Mobility experience. Also desirable is another language (Spanish, Portuguese or Russian).
LSS Green belt, or equivalent program management qualification is desirable.

Purpose:
•The Learning Technology Program Manager supports Global Learning to review and analyze business needs then select and implement learning architecture changes and tools that support Xerox learning performance needs globally.


Scope:
• It is a program manager role with a global responsibility
• They are an individual contributor, no budget and working with senior internal leaders to provide recommendations for learning architecture program infrastructure changes and also project management of the implementation of approved software application acquisitions and changes.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assess feasibility of the application of learning architecture technologies and standards to support Xerox business performance needs worldwide. Work with organizations within Xerox to review, analyze, and evaluate their job-focused learning requirements and employee personal development requirements. Research, present and demonstrate ideas for using self-service, unstructured, informal learning and performance support tools. Research new and emerging e-learning applications re learning performance effectiveness, technologies and standards. Research, demonstrate ideas for collaborative learning.
• Work with global Xerox organizations and vendors to project manage (design, develop, test and implement) innovative learning architecture solutions, using Xerox learning systems and industry standard tools. Work in partnership with XIM GWIS and GS&amp;A to provide business cases and stakeholder requirements to scope, source and implement learning applications based on XIM environments. Present and demonstrate ideas for innovative learning solutions using industry standard tools to GL and global Xerox organizations.
• Project manage the global process for functional enhancements for global learning applications including development, testing, piloting, implementation, vendor management and above all - change management. Communicate e-learning directions, applications and standards to key Xerox learning decision-makers, in relevant, non-technical terms. Manage the vendors that provide e-learning systems, platforms, authoring tools and custom content design.

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree Preferred Bachelor's Degree Organizational Behavior, Psychology or Information Technology and recent college graduate preferred.
* Business knowledge and understanding of current and emerging Information and Communications technologies; including how they can support and enhance the functions of the business and own workflow.
* Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks to complete job functions in an orderly and efficient manner within stringent deadlines.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Adult Learning Theories and Principles

* Demonstrated working knowledge and application of Web 3.0 tools and methodologies
* Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, both orally and in writing, at all levels.

* Demonstrated ability to independently make decisions and take appropriate action to administer tasks and initiatives
