Role, Purpose, and Scope

The Special Accounts FLM has the overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Special Accounts Billing Portfolio. The FLM is a key interface with our customers and partners. Responsibilities include management of key customer requirements and billing activities.

Major Responsibilities

  • Facilitate conference calls with our Special Accounts customers, sales partners and other COE personnel.

  • Work with assigned Special Account Billers to achieve Billed Revenue Objectives and adherence to specific customer requirements and deadlines.

  • Cross-functional interaction with other COEs to help manage activities that may impact DSO.

  • Insure compliance with all process and procedures; as well as, billing related audits

  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with our external customers.

  • Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills

  • Preferred, Knowledge of billing system and processes

  • Strong follow-up and attention to detail in a fast-paced operations environment

  • Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and ability to multi-task in a changing and deadline driven environment

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar financial discipline

Professional Certifications:

Minimum Relevant accounting licensure for role or geography

Candidate Background:

Minimum Advanced knowledge of finance principles and relevant internal policies

Minimum Excellent working knowledge of Xerox accounting policies.

Minimum A successful proven track record gained within a finance environment.

Minimum Able to maintain confidentiality in all assignments and tasks

Minimum Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team oriented environment
