As we continue pursuing more strategic, process improvement opportunities, we desire to grow our tactical team with a senior clinical subject matter expert. The position of Physician Consultant will be filled by an MD who brings deep knowledge of clinical processes, workflows, and challenges – but also has knowledge and experience to connect all of that with the revenue cycle.

  • This role is client centric. The chosen individual will focus his/her time talking to and meeting with clients to help present our capabilities in assisting them with their pain points in running a healthy business providing outstanding medical care to their patients.

  • This role is hands-on. The Physician Consultant, in collaboration with other SMEs on our leadership team, will assist with architecting individual solutions and at times will extend their participation in providing on-site executive engagement oversight.

Skills and Experience sought:

  1. Medical Degree coupled ideally with time spent practicing medicine.

  2. Healthcare Provider revenue cycle knowledge.

  3. Consulting experience. A proven track record of successfully managing multiple clients/engagements

  4. Proven experience developing good relations within a consulting team (i.e., sales, delivery, SME’s, client stake holders) and working collaboratively with them in securing new business

  5. Excellent presentation skills

  6.
