This is a full time, fully benefited position (FTE- not contract or project based position) with Xerox Healthcare Provider Solutions.

Candidates for these positions can live anywhere in the United States. Travel to client sites required weekly being onsite from Monday to Thursday – 80%-100%.

As a Consultant, you lead clients in the day to day activities of implementing, upgrading and maintaining Infor/Lawson ERP solutions. Requires leading requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live initiatives. As a seasoned Consultant, you must have extensive experience in systems implementation, client management and project management as it relates to systems consulting. In the functional Consultant role, you must have the knowledge of technical aspects of software implementations such as integration/interface and Report Writing skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the day to day activities of Infor/Lawson ERP software upgrades and/or implementation projects

  • Communicate project status to project stakeholders

  • Ability to define requirements and business needs as it relates to Infor/Lawson ERP in a Healthcare or Retail environment

  • Develop and execute plans under delivery time, budget and implementation constraints.

  • Design of solution along with applicable gap analysis and customization requirements

  • System Configuration including design of interfaces with applicable systems

  • Testing – including unit testing, creation of system test plan, and parallel testing with client

  • Manage change management and resolve client issues

  • Create/manage both production support and the overseeing of transition to support

  • Collaboration with Delivery team to assist fellow consultants on other projects

  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Training clients

  • Ability to travel up to 90% when required by the client

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Infor/Lawson ERP suite of applications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years implementation experience

  • Familiar with G/L, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Human Capital Management, Budget and Planning, Lease Management and LBI

  • Ability to travel up to 90%, Mon-Thurs

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently without daily supervision

  • Client management experience required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work required
