Reporting to the Business Ethics and Compliance Director, the Data Analyst/Ethics & Compliance Program Analyst is responsible for assisting with the development, administration, and implementation of the Company’s Business Ethics and Compliance Office’s program and processes. Primary responsibilities include the following:
Develop and generate detailed reports to assist in ensuring compliance with employee training requirements, identifying areas for focused development, and reporting of metrics to senior leadership.
Analyze ethics metric reports and identifying trends in types and geographic areas for improvement.
Create presentations for senior leadership.
Assign ethics allegation cases to appropriate department investigators (e.g. Security, Internal Audit, Legal, HR) in accordance with predefined criteria.
Analyze investigation reports to ensure investigation procedures were thorough and conclusions are supported by adequate evidence.
Monitor open ethics allegation cases and follow-up as necessary with department investigators to ensure timely and thorough investigations of all ethics allegations.
Process ethics allegation closures and responses as requested by the Ethics Program Manager.
Maintain Ethics Office program and case records in accordance with Company record retention policies.
Assist with review and management of Corporate Policies.
Provide general ethics program support.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum of 2 years of experience creating presentations, generating reports, and analyzing metrics.
Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in compliance, ethics, finance, audit, legal or human resources fields.
Ability to problem solve and analyze trends.
Demonstrates excellent judgment.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience working with confidential data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple duties in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Demonstrated thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing detailed tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (data analysis), and PowerPoint.
Corporate investigations experience preferred.
Must be currently eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
