Xerox Global Client Manager, Strategic or Large Account Management in Connecticut
To inspire,lead and motivate a Global Account Team to grow multi-year global account revenue and profits through new business and & renewal signings, delivering optimal client satisfaction.
To develop and implement a strategic global account vision and strategy that includes all Xerox DT offerings and technology capabilities.
To be viewed by Senior C-Level Client Executives as an empowered executive representing Xerox.
• Global Accounts with multiple countryand/or Regions locations
• #of Accounts : 2-3.
•Maintain Global Pipeline/Forecast Accuracy- GAMRS
•Increased penetration/wallet share/Signings
•Develop and execute strategic account plansto enable customer business growth, through Xerox offerings and technology, that yield profitable revenue growth.
•Leads global client business case development and lead with decision making accountability for Bid process.
•Lead Global Account Business Planning, coordinating with region leads.
Establishes and grows C-level executive contacts and develops string relationships.
•Identifies opportunities for account penetration using existing and New Company Technology portfolio to satisfy client business objectives, reduce cost and grow revenue.
•Includes strategic partners and Alliances in development of client opportunities to leverage expertise and capabilities.
•Sets and manages to targets of on-going Global client satisfaction.
•Leads internal process to assess and utilizes coverage capacity models to maintain proper level of resources.
•Directly use and lead sales management process, Global Account tools including Salesforce.com; Marketo and GAMRS
•Leads internal Client account review for on-going improvement and deployments.
•Leads and supports the coordination of global contracting processes and delivery processes
•BachelorDegree or equivalent/ Masters level or Industry Related degree preferred
•Comparable Global Account and industry- based sales experience 7-10 Yrs
•Knowledge of current and next generation services offerings
•Deep Industry knowledge, in the context of a Global client- business process and competitive landscape
•Global IT Standard knowledge
•Demonstrated negotiation skills balance client requirements with business case for deal
•Demonstrated CIO and Other C-level interaction to and Global insight-based influence
