Provide financial support and analysis of the IO Europe MDS P&L, including service offering financial performance, P&L hydraulics, analysis of the MDS cost base and measurement of other key financial KPI’s.
Main responsibilities include management of MDS centre cost analysis and reporting, understanding the MDS P&L hydraulics and cost base evolution, working with Field Controllers to capture insight on business trends and MML risks / opportunities, assisting with the MDS planning/forecast and strategy contract process, and the provision of financial information within agreed timescales (Global Reporting).
Support the development of value add analysis for MDS financial performance and profitability reporting, and assist with driving system improvements (CLM automation), as well as ensuring financial data consistency on BI tools shared with Delivery/Sales organizations
Manage MDS IP Student who produces Performance pack, CLM integrated data and financial delivery support.
Assist in key projects on MDS financial monitoring evolution and actively support the investigation & resolution of financial questions/issues.
Support Delivery Operations by being key point of contact on all matters relating to MDS financial performance to facilitate understanding of the Annuity financials, including GDC costs, MIF, signings and other Financial KPIs. Support the development of KPIs per Delivery Capability.
Monthly accurate consolidation and timely alignment of Financial performance & forecast for IO across MDS annuity P&L Lines.
Aligning cost analysis down to contract level that reconciles with overall cost commodity consolidation. Ensure CLM reporting consistency on selected GRA, develop KPIs to enable more granular tracking of productivity.
Manage the reporting and analysis of MDS Europe centre costs ensuring that spend is in line with expectations and any variances are fully understood. Responsible for development of the annual centre cost plan including review with senior management.
Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis on all key lines of the MDS cost base, including understanding any variance to trend or prior year movements. This includes responsibilty for developing the annual MDS cost plan and quarterly outlook assessments.
Analysis of MDS service offerings to support the Towers planning/outlook process.
Monitor reconciliation of CLM data vs. country submissions and EIS / EFIW
Support the monthly/quarterly MDS MML process and annual Plan process for Europe
Produce required financial information and analysis for MDS management reviews & other meetings as required.
Support the ASD monthly performance financial review process with countries
Provide financial support and analysis for Xerox Europe Productivity programmes for MDS.
Assist in the development of the MDS strategy Plan for Europe including a detailed hydrualics model to support the input to Corporate.
Actively support the investigation & resolution of critical MDS financial issues within Xerox Europe countries
Supervision and development of Industrial Placement student ensuring a robust training program is in place. Annual recruitment of IP student.
Qualified ACCA / CIMA Accountant
Ability to interface with senior stakeholders and engage operations on financial interface.
Have a high regard to customer satisfaction, with the ability to build relationships & communicate effectively.
Have a responsible & flexible approach and able to work to tight timescales
Excellent analytical skills balancing Technical and Operational perspective
