Currently, we are seeking excellent Benefits Admin Senior Specialist to join our team at 1434 Crossways Blvd. Chesapeake, VA 23320 . This position is a call center position assisting people with inquiries regarding their Health and Welfare benefits. Job Specifics:

  • This is a Full Time Position

  • Shifts will be scheduled during our normal business operating hours anytimebetween 8:00 am – 9:00 pm EST Monday – Friday (No Weekends). Applicantsmust have open availability to work any hours scheduled during operating hours!

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing WhiteGlove support to beneficiaries following death, and owning issues throughresolution.

  • Receiving inboundcalls from beneficiaries of pension and savings benefits, and being the singlepoint of contact and advocate for beneficiaries.

  • Making outboundcalls/follow-ups to beneficiaries.

  • Reviewingbeneficiary forms and documents for accuracy.

  • Completing setups ofsurvivor pension payments.

  • Submitting requeststo establish survivor savings accounts.

  • Acting as a liaisonbetween pension and savings teams

  • Responding toparticipant specific inquiries from the client.

Preferred Skills:

  • Must have at least 3 years of Professional Call Center experience

  • Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED, but 4-year collegedegree or equivalent work experience PREFERRED!

  • Must have excellent computer and communication skills.

  • Must be comfortable being able to multitask and solve customer problems.

  • Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.

  • Prior Defined Benefits, Health & Welfare and/or other benefitsadministration experience preferred.
