Job Summary:

The Operations Delivery Manager will oversee and manage the day to day operations of a business unit(s) across multiple facilities with overall responsibility for the account(s) (i.e. service delivery, sales, operations, IT, HR, facilities, client account receivable). They will also manage the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction; along with managing teams to ensure operations are working to agreed SLA’s, SOW, MSA and act as Clients POC for billing discrepancies. The candidate will require strong technical, communication and management skills and extensive experience in managing the operations of a business.


  • P&L responsibility (overall control of invoicing, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit)

  • The role requires an insatiable desire to drive service improvements for our client and to ensure the highest standards of service management are upheld across service.

  • Accountable for timely service renewals including proactively tracking SOW expirations

  • Monitor and review Service performance, reporting back to key stakeholders internal.

  • Manages customer changes requests and other new requirements. Participate in RFP’s and create SOW’s for prospects and assigned clients, coordinating any backend resources as necessary.


  • 4yr college degree (preferred) but not required.
