Using a computerized system, representative creates, approves, or denies travel service authorization requests in a call center environment.

The representative receives requests from providers, answers inquiries, resolves concerns, and processes the documentation.

Additionally, the representative may process other types of authorization requests; compile audit trails, file, and other tasks as needed by the department.

Experience in the travel industry, medical offices, or call center environment is preferred


  • Must live in Anchorage area

  • Must be familiar with computers and able to key accurately

  • Medical terminology is a plus

  • Customer service experience required

  • Call center experience preferred

All other duties as assigned.
