Due to rapid growth XLS has

complex and fast moving pipeline within XLS, this position involves processing
time sensitive, inbound media and document data from XLS clients, and ensuring
that it is extracted, validated, normalized, converted and loaded through our
operations pipeline, in a timely manner. XLS has many clients and processes high volumes of data, and this

 Duties 
* Receive and process new media, following
  strict handling guidelines

Position Overview: 

The Client Services Associate is the right hand to the Client Manager. As a direct support, Client Manager Associates are professionals with a working knowledge of how XLS service offerings fit into a legal and discovery framework. They are accountable for all work assignments and work product; they work effectively in a team environment; they are capable of handling a heavy, dynamic and expanding case load; and the emergency situations. The Client Services Associate will provide tasks as directed but not limited to the Task List on Exhibit A.


General Role:

·Assume responsibility for quality and timeliness of all tasks delegated by Client Managers. The list will include but will not be limited to Task List.
· Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.

Software Developer (Perl)

As a member of the Document Processing System (DPS) team, this individual will be responsible for implementing software that is released internally within XLS. This individual will interface with employees in the Development and Operations groups. This individual will also need to interface with others cross-functionally through the company as needed. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing, and developing software automation solutions, ensuring similar practices within the team, documenting software implementations, and investigating and solving problems. This individual will also be required to handle support calls on a rotating basis.

Daily Responsibilities/Details
1)   Understand our customer and their needs
2)   Build upon the current DPS solution to better automate Operations’ processes
3)   Develop new applications that will automate Operations processes

Software QA Tester
As a member of the Software Quality Assurance Team, you will be responsible for testing and preparing release updates for a web-based documentation management software tool that provides services to litigation firms. This includes the design, development and execution of test strategies to support rapid development within an agile environment.
Daily Responsibilities/Details
- Interface with the development team to identify defects and develop strategies to most efficiently test new features
- Identify defects through systematic testing (following both technical and business specifications), help developers reproduce errors, and ensure that defects are fixed
- Perform integration and regression testing to ensure software quality
- Document test strategy for each feature in the format of comprehensive Test Plans and Test cases
- Report outcomes of testing to appropriate development personnel for corrective action as needed

Requirements

Quality Assurance &amp; Release Support

As a member of the Development team, this individual will be responsible for quality releases to production and handling support problems after release. Responsibilities include testing software (system level testing, functional and regression testing) before it is released, executing the release of software to the production environment, and responding to support issues after release.

Responsibilities


* Test planning, execution, and verification using manual and automated processes
* Create and maintain complex test environments
* File defect reports using a tracking system and follow up on the problems through complete resolution
* Work closely with the development team to identify bugs
* Design, implement and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans
* Track test results for each release in the TestTrack software tool
